Meet Miriam Weston: Your guide to positive change

Finding my calling in hypnotherapy

I originally set out to become a counsellor, but had a last-minute detour into hypnotherapy and discovered early on in my training that I had found my calling. This planned happenstance moment changed my direction.

The combination of calm, focus, and positive change without dwelling on the past, aligned naturally with my values and the way I supported others. That moment set me on the path I’m still following today, helping individuals achieve their full potential.

My unique approach: Hypnotherapy combined with NLP

I offer hypnotherapy combined with NLP tools to help you create realistic, positive change. My approach is calm, structured, and evidence‑informed, with a focus on helping you move forward when you feel stuck and on developing practical strategies for everyday life.

I work exclusively online, allowing you access to support from the comfort of your own space.

Lived experience: Guiding you with understanding

What sets me apart is the lived experience I bring to my work. Raised in a complex environment, which taught me the importance of boundaries, emotional regulation, and understanding people without judgment. I also live with ADHD and have learned practical, real‑world strategies for organisation, pacing, and self‑awareness.

These experiences allow me to offer a therapeutic space that is honest, understanding, and attuned to the realities of people’s lives. My goal is to empower you to move forward, just as I have.

Values Statement

I believe in fairness and looking after each other. My work is completely client‑led. I create a space where you stay in control, set the pace, and make sense of things in your own time and way. Honesty and trust matter to me, and I’m upfront about what I do and don’t do. My sense of social justice shows up in my practice as respect, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to meeting people where they are and moving them to where they want to be.
If you value openness, shared humanity, and a steady, down‑to‑earth non-clinical approach, you’ll probably feel comfortable with me.
